Frequently asked questions.
What issues can therapy help with?
Therapy can be a safe space to explore a variety of personal challenges, including:
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed
Navigating relationship difficulties
Healing from trauma or grief
Building confidence and self-esteem
Adjusting to life transitions or changes
Managing feelings of sadness or depression
How long does each therapy session last?
Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes. My goal is to make sure each session feels like a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
How often should I come to therapy?
The frequency of your sessions is entirely up to you and your comfort level. Many clients start with weekly sessions, but we’ll adjust the schedule as needed to support your journey and personal goals.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes! I offer online therapy through a secure video platform, making it easy and convenient to access therapy from wherever you feel most at ease.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you might have. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward. Think of it as a conversation where we start building trust and understanding.
What are your fees?
Our first session is $175. After that, sessions are $150. Fees are due at the time of service.
Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy and trust are my top priorities. Everything shared in therapy stays between us, except in rare situations where safety is a concern. We’ll go over this in more detail during your first session to ensure you feel secure.
